Well the Chinese cycling team have finally arrived in England and I was there to meet them at Manchester airport and get them sorted ready for the Olympic games,I was lucky enough to have a few days riding with them on Friday,Saturday and Sunday.....I'll tell you what these lads are not messing about,very quick,very strong,very good English as well,problem is I'm struggling with a few of the names such as..........."Wow Dat Fast"..Sprinter.............."Mee No Win"..Lead out Man........"Ay Am Thin"..Climber........."Mee Bit Od"..Tester.....As well as the rest of the team including........"Ay am Shagd"...."Mi Sak Ache"...."Myn do Too"....."Uw Bum Red"......So if you see the lads give um a wave and cheer,don't forget the tradditional Chinese good luck cycling call of "Do Nt Et Mi Dog" !!!!

Club training runs leave the river bridge at Castleford at 9:30am every Sunday morning. Rides are around 60 miles, without a cafe stop, and take place all year round.
